Unctuous and easy potato puree

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 1 kg 1 kg potatoes
- 90 g 90 gr butter
- 75 ml 75 ml milk
- nutmeg
- salt
- pepper
Method
- 1.Peel and cut your potatoes into pieces, then cook them for about 20 minutes in a saucepan of salted boiling water until they are tender. Pour the cooked potatoes into a salad bowl and crush them coarsely with a drumstick or a purée press. Then add the hot milk and butter, then season with salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg. Continue crushing or mixing well until a smooth and homogeneous texture is obtained according to your preference. Your puree is now ready to serve!
