Quesadillas smoked ham and spinach

Ingredients

- 4 4 Wheat tortilla
- 200 g 200 g Smoked ham
- 200 g 200 g Grated cheese
- 300 g 300 g Cooked spinach
- 0 0 drop Spicy sauce
- 40 g 40 g Butter
- 1 1 clove(s) Garlic
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 0 0 Some pinch(s) Salt & Pepper
- 0 0 Some pinch(s) Espelette pepper
Method
- 1.Preparation of spinach
- 2.Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic, bring it back until it starts to brown. Add spinach and let it fall, stirring regularly, until completely reduced. Drain carefully to remove excess water.
- 3.Tortilla lining
- 4.Place on half of each tortilla a layer of grated cheese, cooked spinach, smoked ham, a few drops of hot sauce depending on your taste, then finish with the rest of cheese. Fold each tortilla in half-moon and press slightly to add the topping.
- 5.Cooking quesadillas
- 6.Melt a butter nut in a clean skillet over medium heat. Brown the quesadillas for about 3 minutes on each side, until they are crispy and the cheese is melted well. Proceed several times if necessary.
- 7.Cut and service
- 8.Cut each quesadilla into triangles and serve them immediately, hot, to enjoy their crispy and rolling cheese. Add a green salad if desired.
