Tuna quiche and oven-scented tomatoes

- 230 g 230 g natural canned tuna
- 17 cl 17 cl liquid cream
- 3 3 eggs
- 2 2 tomatoes
- herbs of Provence

Method
- 1.Prepare the base: Start by mixing the eggs with the cream, seasoning well with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, drain the canned tuna and scrape it, then incorporate it into the egg-cream mixture. Roll your broken dough into the pie pan and pour this homogeneous mixture into it.
- 2.Garnish with tomatoes: Wash your fresh tomatoes and slice them into regular slices. Have them elegantly on top of your tuna-based preparation, then sprinkle generously with Provence herbs to raise the taste.
- 3.Bake: Preheat your oven to 180°C and bake the quiche. Cook for 35 minutes until the top is golden and the filling is well taken.
- 4.Taste: Remove the quiche from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Your delicious tuna and tomato quiche is now ready to be enjoyed!
