Method
- 1.Preheating the oven
- 2.Preheat oven to 180°C or th. 6.
- 3.Preparation of dough
- 4.Roll the laminated dough in a pie mould covered with sulfurized paper. Stitch the bottom with a fork.
- 5.Assembly
- 6.Divide the goat's pucks, then the crumbled roquefort, the count and the grated cheese on the bottom of the dough. Book.
