- 250 g 250 g Diced ham
- 4 4 Egg(s)
- 25 cl 25 cl Skimmed milk
- 20 cl 20 cl Liquid cream (light)
- 50 g 50 g Grated crane
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- 1.Preparation of leeks
- 2.Clean and cut the leeks into sections. Steam them for 10 minutes. Drain at the end of cooking and book.
- 3.Preheating the oven
- 4.Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- 5.Preparation of mould
- 6.Tap a pie pan with sulfurized paper and garnish it with broken dough. Stitch the dough bottom with a fork over its entire surface. Make a reservation.
- 7.Apparatus preparation
- 8.In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the milk, cream, salt and pepper, mixing well.
- 9.Dressing
- 10.Divide the cooked leeks at the bottom of the pie, as well as the ham dice.
- 11.Assembly
- 12.Pour the cream over the leeks into the mould. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
