- 720 g 720 g Noise ramen(s)
- 200 g 200 g Cute pig fillet
- 100 g 100 g Spinach pod
- 3 3 New onion(s)
- 1 1 box(s) Bamboo foam
- 2 2 sheets Nori
- 2 2 Egg(s)
- 60 cl 60 cl Water
- 3 c. à soupe 3 Tbsp Soya Sauce
Method
- 1.Preparation of ingredients
- 2.Rinse and drain spinach shoots. Peel and chop the onions finely. Drain the bamboo shoots. Cut the nori leaves into julienne. Cut the cute net into thin slices.
- 3.Cooking eggs
- 4.Cook the eggs in a pot of water for 9 min. Remove them, let them cool down, then scald them.
- 5.Cooking
- 6.Boil the water in a saucepan with soy sauce. Stir in noodles and then slices of cute net. Cook for 2 min and serve immediately in bowls.
- 7.Finishing and tasting
- 8.Add at the last moment spinach shoots, bamboo shoots and nori leaves. Thin the new onions, and sprinkle them on top of the bowls. Finally overcome each bowl with a hard half egg. Enjoy immediately.
