- 3 cl 3 cl Lemon Juice
- 3 cl 3 cl Sugar Syrup
- 6 cl 6 cl Cream
- 1 1 Egg White
- 2 2 drop Vanilla extract
- 2 cl 2 cl Soda Water
Method
- 1.Prepare all the ingredients on the counter to work well and quickly, especially cream and egg white.
- 2.Pour all ingredients into a shaker.
- 3.Shake vigorously for 1 minute: cream and egg white must be perfectly mixed, not rushing.
