Tunisian ratatouille

Ingredients

- 500 g 500 g Tomato(s)
- 4 4 Merchise
- 2 2 Pepper
- 4 4 Egg(s)
- 1 1 head Garlic
- 1 c. à soupe 1 Tbsp Tomato concentrate
- 1 c. à café 1 teaspoon spice mixture
- 4 c. à soupe 4 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 c. à café 1 coffee c. Harissa
- Salt pepper
Method
- 1.Seed and slice the pepper.
- 2.Sweep and crush the tomatoes.
- 3.Cut them into slices.
- 4.Crush the garlic.
- 5.Sauté garlic and tabil in a skillet.
- 6.Add tomatoes, merguez, peppers and onions, then tomato concentrate and harissa.
- 7.Mix and let reduce to a small degree.
- 8.Break the eggs on the vegetables when cooked.
- 9.Wait until the white picks up and serves without waiting.
