Cooled nougat recipe Thermomix

Ingredients

- 400 g 400 g Very cold whole liquid cream
- 100 g 100 g Honey
- 100 g 100 g Sugar powder
- 100 g 100 g Minced candied fruit
- 50 g 50 g Dung almonds
- 50 g 50 g Nuts
- 50 g 50 g Unsalted shelled pistachios
- 3 3 Eggs
- 30 g 30 g chopped candied cherries
- 1 pincée 1 pinch Salt
Method
- 1.Put the dried fruits in the bowl. Make two Turbo pulses. Book separately. 2
- 2.In the well-cleaned bowl, put the egg whites and salt. Place the whip and program 4 min/vit 3.5 by increasing the speed during the first minute. Book in a salad bowl.
- 3.Put the yellows in the bowl with honey, sugar and mix 2 min/live 3, always with the whip. Incorporate white into snow. Book.
- 4.Rinse the bowl, pour the cream very cold and mix 1 to 3 min/vit 3, always with the whip until you get a chantilly.
- 5.Add the dried and candied fruits, mix 5 min/vit 3. Add the previous mixture with the spatula.
- 6.Pour into a cake mould bloated with food film and place 12 hours in the freezer.
