- 500 g 500 g Chair
- 100 g 100 g Goose fat
Method
- 1.Cut the meat into cubes and place it in a casserole with the fat. Brown for 5 minutes and pour 30 cl of water.
- 2.Cover and simmer for 3 hours on low heat. Mix regularly and then salt and pepper. Chop it with a knife and place it in jars. Place in the cool and taste cold.
