Ingredients

- 3 3 eggs
- 1 1 onions
- 3 c. à soupe 3 tablespoons of water
- 1 c. à café 1 teaspoons of salt
- 2 2 spoons of soy sauce
- 1 c. à café 1 teaspoons of white pepper
- 3 tasse 3 cups of rice
- 2 2 onion stems
Method
- 1.First, prepare 3 cups of cooked rice, 3 eggs, spring onions and oil.
- 2.Beat the eggs in a bowl. Then cut a large onion and fresh spring onions.
- 3.On high heat, heat 2 tablespoons of oil in the wok until it is very hot.
- 4.Make scrambled eggs, then reserve.
