Cantonese rice with soy sauce

- 300 g 300 g Thai rice very slightly undercooked
- 100 g 100 g Cooked shrimp shelled 80/100 calibre
- 100 g 100 g Frozen peas
- 1 1 Red pepper
- 1 1 Carrots
- 2 2 Eggs
- 150 g 150 g Matching bacon
- 2 Two spoons. Soya Sauce
- 40 g 40 g Butter
- Pepper
Method
- 1.1°) Cut your red pepper in 2. Remove the peduncle, remove the odds and the white parts. Cut the flesh into small pieces.
