- 60 g 60 gr flour
- 60 g 60 gr breadcrumbs
- 2 2 eggs beaten

Method
- 1.Prepare the zucchini: First wash your zucchini well, then slice them finely to get nice regular washes.
- 2.Coating with flour and egg: Place slices in a bowl with flour and mix well to coat them completely. Then pass them into the beaten eggs, ensuring that each slice is soaked.
- 3.Paner with breadcrumbs: Place slices on your worktop and sprinkle generously with breadcrumbs on both sides, turning them back for a uniform and crispy breadcrumb.
- 4.Fries to perfection: Heat the olive oil in a skillet and fry your chips until they are golden and appetizing. Good tasting!
