Ingredients

- 100 g 100 g of lace crepe
- 50 g 50 g dark chocolate
- 50 g 50 g white chocolate
- 50 g 50 g milk chocolate
Method
- 1.Crush the lace pancakes coarsely.
- 2.Melt one of the three chocolates in the bath.
- 3.Mix one third of the pieces of lace pancakes. Form small balls of this mixture with 1 spoon. coffee on a sheet of sulphurised paper or in individual paper boxes.
- 4.Start again with the other two chocolates and place them in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
