Turkey rôti in mushrooms sauce

Ingredients

- 800 g 800 g Turkey rot
- 250 g 250 g Canned Paris mushrooms
- 20 cl 20 cl Whole flower cream
- 1 1 Fillet of olive oil
- 20 g 20 g Butter
- 3 3 shallots
- 2 gousse 2 cloves Garlic
- 4 Four spoons. Fresh chopped parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- 1.Drain and rinse the mushrooms. Salt, pepper the roast.
- 2.In a casserole, put olive oil to heat. Cook the meat for a few minutes on each side. It must be golden. Remove the meat and place it in a dish.
- 3.Chop the garlic and shallots. Scratch the cooking juices and heat butter in the casserole. Add garlic and shallots. Add the mushrooms and pepper. Sauté 2 min and add the cream.
- 4.Then add the meat and its juice and cook for 30 min over low heat and covered.
- 5.Correct seasoning and serve with chopped parsley.
