Rolled with ganache chocolate

- 4 4 eggs
- 125 g 125 g sugar
- 100 g 100 g flour
- 50 g 50 g butter
- 1 c. à café 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
- 125 g 125 g of pastry chocolate
- 100 g 100 g fresh cream
Method
- 1.Prepare the cake: separate the whites from the egg yolks.
- 2.Working the yellows with the sugar long. Stir in flour, melted butter, yeast. Finish with white eggs beaten in snow. Spread this dough 1 cm thick, place it on a rectangular baking sheet and bake at 250°C for about 8 minutes.
- 3.At the outlet of the oven, roll the cake: the roll must be long and thin.
- 4.Prepare the ganache: melt the chocolate with a teaspoon of milk in a saucepan. Remove and add the cream. Mix.
- 5.Roll the cake carefully and cover with ganache cream. Roll again and let cool completely, then put in the refrigerator.
- 6.Cut into slices, then serve.
