Spinach roll

Ingredients
For 6 servings
- 800 g 800 g spinach
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 gousse 3 cloves of minced garlic
- 2 2 shallots
- 250 g 250 g feta
- 4 4 eggs
- basil
- fresh aneth
- 1 1 zest of lemon
- pepper
- 60 g 60 g of melted butter
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoons of sesame seeds
- 3 3 sheets of filo paste
Method
- 1.Blanch the spinach and remove the excess water and put it in a salad bowl.
- 2.In a skillet with olive oil, sauté the chopped garlic and shallot.
- 3.Once translucent, remove them from the fire and mix them with spinach.
- 4.Add eggs, feta, lemon zest, basil, dill and pepper.
- 5.Mix .
- 6.Place a sheet of phyllo paste on a worktop.
- 7.Add melted butter with a brush.
- 8.Place a third of the filling at the bottom of the phyllo paste.
- 9.Drive.
- 10.Repeat to make three rolls.
- 11.Place the rolls in a buttered mould by wrapping them in order to form a spiral. Brush the entire surface of the melted butter pie.
- 12.Place sesame seeds.
- 13.Cook from 25 min to 180°C (until golden).
- 14.Let cool completely (about 1 hour) before demolishing and serving.
