- 300 300 Fresh goat cheese
- 4 4 slice(s) Smoked salmon
- Pickles curry zucchini
- lemon zest
Method
- 1.Place your fresh goat between two large sheets of food plastic film and gently spread it (with your hands or a roll) to form a rectangle about 1 cm thick.
- 2.Remove the top sheet. Have your pickles of drained zucchini as if to give a marbling effect. Put plastic film again and turn the cheese over. Maintained the salmon and lemon grated zest.
- 3.Roll the cheese gently over itself using the plastic film below. Tighten the preparation to form a beautiful boudin (maki style) and imprison the garnish.
