Ingredients

- 600 g 600 g of fresh spinach
- 6 6 eggs
- 200 g 200 g of sea urchin
- 8 tranche 8 slices of smoked salmon
Method
- 1.Cook spinach and let it drain well, see them squeeze so that there is as little water as possible.
- 2.Beat the eggs in omelette and mix with spinach, season with pepper. Place the mixture on a baking sheet, and bake 15min preheated oven at 180°C. at the outlet of the oven demoulate and let cool for 10 minutes.
- 3.Spread the fresh cheese and place slices of smoked salmon. Drive gently and tighten well, film the roll, and set aside overnight before serving and cutting.
