Pork stuffed cabbage rolls and mushrooms

Ingredients
- 4 4 dehydrated shiitakes
- 1 1 green cabbage
- 200 g 200 g minced pork
- 1 1 new onions
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 pincée 1 pinched mixture 5 spices
- 1 pincée 1 pinch of sugar
- 1 1 fillets of sesame oil
- 3 c. à soupe 3 tablespoons of mushrooms water
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoons of black vinegar
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
Method
- 1.Rehydrate mushrooms in water for 8 hours. Then remove the excess water and keep it for the rest.
- 2.Separate your cabbage leaves. Wash and cook them in boiling water for about 4 minutes. All we have to do is drain.
- 3.Mince mushrooms and onion.
- 4.Mix mushrooms, new onion, minced pork, soy sauce, 5 spices, sugar and sesame oil in a salad bowl.
- 5.Take a piece of cabbage and place a tablespoon of stuffing at the edge of the leaf, centered.
- 6.Roll the cabbage like a spring roll. Do the same with the rest of the leaves.
- 7.Cook your cabbage nems in a steam basket for 10 minutes.
- 8.For sauce, mix 3 tablespoons of mushrooms, black vinegar and soy sauce.
