- 100 g 100 gr of butter
Method
- 1.- Melt butter into pieces over low heat in a saucepan - As soon as the butter is melted, add the flour at once - Whisk gently and cook 5 minutes over medium heat until the butter is blond and a scent of hazelnut butter - Let cool or warm. - Use to bind!
