Ingredients

- 2 2 c to s cold water
- 1 1 30 hard candy
- 250 g 250 g flour
- 2 2 egg yolks
- 75 g 75 g of icing sugar
- 125 g 125 g butter half soft salt
Method
- 1.In a bowl, mix the soft butter, icing sugar and egg yolks with a spatula.

- 5.Concise the candy.
- 6.Spread the dough.
- 7.Cut out shapes with a piece of cup and empty the centre with a smaller piece of cup.
- 8.Place the sandblasts on a baking sheet covered with sulphurized paper.
