- 1 1 chiseled shallots
- 2 2 c to s of mustard dressing
- 1 1 Some dice
- 4 4 small potatoes
- 3 3 pig (knacky) or poultry sausages
- 1 1 Some cherry tomatoes
- 100 g 100 g of brown lentils
Method
- 1.Preparation of lenses: First rinse the lenses thoroughly with cold water to remove all impurities.
- 2.Cooking lentils: Put the lentils in a saucepan with three times their volume of water and cook between 25 and 30 minutes over medium heat.
- 3.Potato Preparation: Meanwhile, wash the potatoes thoroughly without peeling them.
- 4.Potato Cooking: Cook potatoes for about 30 minutes until they are tender but still firm, without turning into mashed potatoes.
- 5.Cooling: Once the cooking is over, put the lentils under cold water and drain them well. Do the same with the potatoes.
- 6.Preparation of the dressing: In a large salad bowl, pour the dressing you prepared.
- 7.Add vegetables and cheese: Add the crumbled shallot, the cherries tomatoes cut in half and the dice cut into the salad bowl.
- 8.Sausage Incorporation: Cut the sausages into slices and incorporate them into the mixture.
- 9.Add potatoes: Gently peel the still warm potatoes and cut them into dice or slices directly above the salad bowl.
- 10.Finalization: Add the drained lentils, mix all the ingredients carefully and let the salad rest for 30 minutes before serving so that the flavors will blend well.
