- 1 1 box(s) Sweet corn U in grains without added sugar
- 1 1 box(s) Extra fine peas U
- 1 1 Shallots
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tbsp Cider vinegar
- 4 4 Egg(s) U Blue-White Heart
- 1 1 handle(s) Green salad
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 c. à café 1 c. Coffee Mustard
- Salt, pepper
- Chopstick
Method
- 1.Guttering
- 2.Pour the corn and peas into a colander and let them drain well. Sponge with absorbent paper if necessary.
- 3.Preparation of dressing
- 4.In a small screwpot, mix mustard, cider vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Close and shake. This pot travels with the lunch box, you will pour it on site.
- 5.Assembly
- 6.In a salad bowl or directly in your box, dispose of green salad, corn, peas and finely sliced shallot. Add the hard eggs cut into quarters. Sprinkle with chiselled chives.
