Avocado salad with feta, gables, tomatoes and black olives

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 4 4 tomatoes
- 2 2 mature lawyers
- 120 g 120 g feta
- 40 g 40 g pine nuts
- 10 10 black olives
- 3 3 c. to s. of olive oil
- 1 1 c. to s. balsamic vinegar
- 1 1 c. to c. ketchup
- 0.5 0.5 c.i. of soy sauce
Method
- 1.Cut the avocados and tomatoes into dice. Emit the feta. Brown the gables dry in a skillet. Denoyate the olives and cut into small pieces. Put it in a bowl.
- 2.For sauce, mix oil and vinegar. Add ketchup and soy sauce. Mix and pour over salad.
- 3.Place the salad fresh for half an hour or less if all your ingredients are already fresh.
