Salad of endives with Roquefort and nuts

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 3 endives
- 75 g 75 g of walnut kernel
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoons of walnut oil
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- 100 g 100 g roquefort
- 2 pincée 2 pinches of pepper
Method
- 1.Cut the roquefort into pieces the size of a dice, and soak in vinegar
- 2.Wash the endives and cut into thick slices.
- 3.Gradually add the olive oil and nut oil to the Roquefort mixture - vinegar.
- 4.Cut the walnut kernels into small pieces.
- 5.mix together and add some pepper
- 6.Enjoy! With a nut bread and it'll be perfect!
