Salad of endives, apples and nuts by Laurent Mariotte

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 6 6 endives
- 1 1 lemons
- 2 2 apples acidulated
- 100 g 100 g of walnut kernel
- 100 g 100 g county 24 or 36 months

- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons of cider vinegar
- 5 c. à soupe 5 tablespoons of classic grape seed oil
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoons of walnut oil
- salt and pepper
Method
- 1.Mix all ingredients for dressing.
- 2.Cut the endives in half in length and remove part of the trognon. Put them in sticks, put them in a bowl. Wash and cut the apples into thin slices and then cut them into sticks. Add to the endives. Press the lemon juice on it.
