Paris Mushroom Salad

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 200 g 200 g of mushrooms from Paris to 250 g
- 1 1 Parmesan
- 1 1 shallots
- 1 1 c. to s. medium-strong mustard
- 1 1 Olive oil
- 1 1 Chopstick
- 1 1 Ground garlic
- 1 1 Balsamic vinegar
- 1 1 Salt or fine salt
- 1 1 Pepper
Method
- 1.Wash, peel and cut the mushrooms of Paris into thin slices.
- 2.Thin the shallot.
- 3.Scissor the chives.
- 4.Mix it in a large bowl.
- 5.Mixer olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper.
- 6.Pour dressing into the preparation.
- 7.Shake well to distribute spices and seasoning.
- 8.Serve well fresh.
