Red cabbage salad

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 700 g 700 g of red cabbage
- 10 g 10 g cumin
- 6 g 6 g juniper berries
- 1 1 Plover of parsley
- 1 1 Vinegrette
- 1 1 c. to s. of heavy salt
Method
- 1.Heat a saucepan with 2 litres of water.
- 2.Clean and cut the cabbage in half.
- 3.Grate it in fine strips with a robot.
- 4.When the water ends, bleach the straps in 1 single time for 1 minute.
- 5.Drain the strips of the cabbage.
- 6.Mix juniper and cumin seeds.
- 7.Let cool.
- 8.Pour mixture over cabbage.
- 9.Decorate with parsley plums.
