Fruit salad by Laurent Mariotte

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 2 2 fisheries
- 125 g 125 g strawberries
- 125 g 125 g of currants
- 125 g 125 g raspberries
- 30 g 30 g of piled pistachios
- 30 g 30 g of bound almonds
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons of blond sugar
- 15 cl 15 cl of Burgundy cream or lemonade
- 1 1 green lemon
Method
- 1.Cut the peaches and remove their core. Cut them into quarters and put them in a bowl. Collect strawberries and currants. Cut the strawberries into slices. Add the red fruits to the peaches. Sprinkle with blond sugar, dried fruits, and pour the cream. Mix and book 30 minutes or 2 hours.
- 2.Spread the fruit in 4 cups or in a large bowl.
- 3.Grate the lemon zest over it and serve immediately to your guests.
