Salad of fried gnocchi

Ingredients

- 1 1 packs of chew
- 1 1 servings of gnocchi
- 30 g 30 g of walnut kernel
- 3 tranche 3 thin slices of raw ham
- 5 5 mushrooms
- 1 1 blocks of parmesan
- 1 1 oil fillets
- 50 g 50 g grated parmesan
- 1 gousse 1 clove of garlic
- 1 c. à café 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 c. à café 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 3 c. à soupe 3 tablespoons of olive oil
Method
- 1.Put the gnocchi to fry.
- 2.Make large chips of Parmesan using a saver and grating finely about 50 g of the remaining block.
- 3.Cut mushrooms into quarters or smaller slats.
- 4.Prepare the sauce by mixing grated Parmesan with garlic clove, mustard, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. If the dressing is not smooth enough, pass it to the sieve.
- 5.Place the chew on a hollow plate, place the gnocchi on top, the mushrooms and slices of raw ham cut into pretty volutes (set out nicely). Water dressing sauce with Parmesan (mix or not to keep it nice but gourmet).
- 6.Add the parmesan chips and serve.
