Green mango salad

Ingredients

- 1 1 500 g green mango (or 4 Bramley apples)
- 1 1 bird chilli
- 2 g 2 g roses handles of unsalted roasted peanuts
- 4 4 tablespoon(s) soup oil
- 2 2 teaspoon(s) of nuoc-mâm sauce
- 3 3 teaspoons of palm sugar (or brown sugar)
- 6 6 tablespoon(s) with crunchy fries
- 1 1 bird pepper cut into slices
- 1 1 tablespoon(s) with crunchy fries
Method
- 1.Peel and gratify the mango coarsely. Finely slice the pepper. Cut the peanuts coarsely. Put it in a bowl and mix with the other ingredients.
- 2.Place the salad in a serving dish. Sprinkle it with chili slices and fried scavengers. Serve immediately.
