Salad of mozzarella, tomatoes and fruit apples

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 1 l 1 l
- 250 g 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 8 8 thin slices of Parma ham
- 1 sachet 1 bags of mozzarella
- 1 1 apple
- 1 1 pots of onions
- 1 1 Olive oil
- 1 1 Balsamic Vinegar Amora
- 1 1 Biphase Vinegrette
- 1 1 leaves Basil leaf
Method
- 1.Wash and dry the lettuce and cut the leaves into small pieces.
- 2.Finely slice the basil leaves. Wash cherry tomatoes and drain mozzarella and onions.
- 3.Cut the apple into cubes, or into balls made with a Parisian spoon.
- 4.Season the lettuce mixed with basil with the two-phase Vinegrette olive oil and balsamic Amora, then spread in the plates.
- 5.In a bowl, pour the apples, onions, mozzarella balls and cherry tomatoes: season with two-phase Vinegrette olive oil and balsamic Amora, then spread over the salad.
- 6.Add two slices of ham to each plate.
