Pasta salad as in Italy

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 400 g 400 g of pasta
- 250 g 250 g mozzarella buffalo or 250 g mozzarella cow
- 6 6 tomatoes
- 2 2 handles of green olives
- 4 4 c. to s. of olive oil
- 4 4 c. to c. of oregano
- 4 4 c. to c. of pesto
- 1 g 1 g of garlic
- 1 1 Salt or fine salt
- 2 2 handles of rocket
Method
- 1.Cut the tomatoes into small dice.
- 2.Put the tomato dice in a bowl and salt.
- 3.Add the olive oil.
- 4.Cut the garlic into large pieces. The idea is that garlic infuse its flavors. When serving, remove the pieces. If you like garlic, you can thinn it and leave it in the salad.
- 5.Add the oregano.
- 6.Cut the olives into slices and add them to the tomatoes.
- 7.Cut the mozzarella balls into slices and dice, let them degorge on a plate.
- 8.Add the pesto to the bowl with the tomatoes and mix.
- 9.Pour the pasta into a large volume of salty boiling water.
- 10.When the pasta is cooked, drain it.
- 11.Add the still hot pasta to the bowl with the tomatoes. Add the mozzarella dice and mix.
- 12.Serve with the rocket.
