Rice salad with tomatoes, tuna, maize and olives

- 200 g 200 g Cooked rice
- 250 g 250 g Natural Tuna
- 2 2 Tomato(s)
- 1 1 box(s) Maize
- 1 1 handle(s) Decoyed green olives
- 1 1 Shallots
- 3 c. à soupe 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 c. à soupe 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt pepper
Method
- 1.Preparation of tuna
- 2.Drain and crumb the tuna in a bowl.
- 3.Preparation of tomatoes
- 4.Clean and cut the tomatoes into pieces.
- 5.Preparation of the shallot
- 6.Peel and chop the shallot finely.
- 7.Preparation of olives
- 8.Cut the green olives into pieces.
- 9.seasoning
- 10.Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper in a salad bowl.
- 11.Mixture of ingredients
- 12.Add all the remaining ingredients and stir well.
- 13.Rest
- 14.Reserve the rice salad at the expense until service.
