Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 600 g 600 g of firm potatoes
- 400 g 400 g of firm tomatoes
- 200 g 200 g of ham dice
- 3 3 hard eggs
- 150 g 150 g mayonnaise
- 10 10 pickles
- 1 1 Salt or fine salt
- 1 1 Pepper
Method
- 1.Cook unpeeled potatoes for 20 minutes in boiling salted water.
- 2.Let them cool down.
- 3.Peel them and cut them in big dice.
- 4.Wash the tomatoes.
- 5.Sweep and detail into small cubes.
- 6.Pour them into a bowl.
- 7.Cut the pickles into slices.
- 8.Cut the hard eggs coarsely.
- 9.Add pickles, ham dice, and hard egg pieces, potatoes and mayonnaise.
- 10.Place in the refrigerator 1 hour before consuming.
