Healthy salad of lentils, grated carrots and kale

- 130 g 130 g green lentils of cooked puy
- 65 g 65 g grated carrots
- 65 g 65 g minced green cabbage (ideally kale)
- 10 cl 10 cl olive oil
- 7 cl 7 cl cider vinegar
- gomasio.
Method
- 1.Prepare the ingredients: Cook the green lentils from Puy until they are tender, then let them cool. Meanwhile, gratify the carrots and finely slice the kale cabbage.
- 2.Assemble salad: In a large salad bowl, mix cooked lentils, grated carrots and chopped kale. Divide all ingredients well for a homogeneous mixture.
- 3.Season and serve: Water with a fillet of olive oil and cider vinegar, then sprinkle with gomasio. Gently mix and enjoy this salad full of vitality, without gluten or lactose!
