Simple salad of lentils and green peas

- 450 g 450 g Frozen peas
- 450 g 450 g Green lentils
- 5 5 Mint leaves
- 4 Four spoons. Soup oil
- 2 2 Gusty garlic
- Untreated citron
- New onion
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- 1.Start by preparing the dressing: gratify the lemon zest finely and squeeze its juice into a large salad bowl.
- 2.Add the finely chopped olive oil and onion to the lemon juice, then mix well.
- 3.In a saucepan, put the lentils with cold water, add the peeled and thinned clove of garlic, salt and pepper according to your taste.
- 4.Bring the water to a boil and let the lentils cook for about 20 minutes.
- 5.Ten minutes before the end of cooking, add the peas to the pan and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
- 6.Drain the cooked legumes, pour them still warm in the salad bowl with the dressing, gently mix and sprinkle with fresh chiseled mint before serving.
