Warm quinoa salad with steam vegetables

- 1 tasse 1 cups quinoa
- 2 tasse 2 cups of water
- 1 1 carrot
- 1 1/2 broccoli
- 1 1 red peppers
- 3 c. à soupe 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 pincée 1 pinches of salt
- 1 pincée 1 pinch of pepper
Method
- 1.Rinse the quinoa under cold water.
- 2.In the steam cooker, add the quinoa and 2 cups of water. Launch the cooking according to the instructions of your device.
- 3.Add the vegetables to the steam basket over the quinoa about 10 minutes before the end of cooking the quinoa.
- 4.Prepare the dressing by mixing the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- 5.Once the quinoa and vegetables are cooked, mix them and add the dressing. Serve warm.
