Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 225 g 225 g of green lentils
- 180 g 180 g of semi-dry goat
- 300 g 300 g raw ham
- Green salad
- 5 5 c. to s. Nut oil
- 3 3 c. to s. balsamic vinegar
- 1 1 Parsley
- 1 1 Scissored chives
- 1 1 Nutmeg
- 1 1 Salt or fine salt
Method
- 1.Start by putting your green lentils to cook in a pot of water according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain them and let them cool quietly at room temperature.
- 2.While the lenses cool, take care of the raw ham. Cut it into thin strips, not too thick to mix well with the rest.
- 3.Take your half-dry goat cheese and slice it into thin and delicate slices. Put them away.
- 4.Wash and drows your green salad carefully, then store it in a clean salad bowl.
- 5.Prepare the dressing: in a bowl, mix the nut oil with balsamic vinegar. Add finely chopped parsley, chiselled chives, a pinch of salt and some grated nutmeg. Drain until you get a very homogeneous sauce.
- 6.In a large bowl, combine the cooled lentils, the goat slices and the ham strips. Pour half of the dressing over this mixture and gently stir to coat all ingredients.
- 7.Season the green salad with the rest of the dressing and mix it slightly.
- 8.For dressing, divide the seasoned green salad into your serving plates, then harmoniously mix the lentils, ham and cheese over. Serve immediately and enjoy!
