Salted with gratin

Ingredients

- 2 2 Large boxes of natural salsify
- 20 cl 20 cl Milk
- 20 cl 20 cl Fresh cream
- 3 Three spoons. Sour flour
- 150 g 150 g D grated county
- 20 g 20 g Butter
- 1 pincée 1 pinch Nutmeg
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- 1.Rinse and drain salsifis. Bring them back in a jumper with the hot butter. Sprinkle them with flour and mix with a light color.
- 2.Add the cream and milk to the pan, stirring gently. Cook 5 min on low heat. Preheat oven th. 6 (180°C).
- 3.Out of the fire, sprinkle the salsifis with half the grated county, add nutmeg, salt, pepper and mix. Pour into ramekins, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake for 30 min until the cheese is golden.
