Ground meat and small vegetable samousas

- 250 g 250 g Ground beef
- 80 g 80 g Peas
- 1 1 Tomato(s)
- 1 1 Onion(s)
- 1 gousse 1 Garlic foam
- 2 c. à café 2 c. Coffee coriander chiseled
- 0.5 c. à café 0.5 C. Grated ginger
- 1 c. à café 1 c. Curry coffee
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 c. à café 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1 Egg yellow(s)
Method
- 1.Preheating the oven and preparing vegetables
- 2.Preheat the oven th.6-7 (200°C). Peel and slice the onion and garlic. Clean and cut the tomato into small dice.
- 3.Topping cooking
- 4.Heat the olive oil in a skillet. Pour your pieces of onions and garlic, then sweat them for 2 min. Add the ground beef and cook for 5 min, mixing well. Add the peas and tomato and cook 5 min. Finish with chiseled coriander, grated ginger, curry and lemon juice. Move well. Once the cooking is finished, cool your filling so that it does not tear the brick leaves during assembly.
- 5.Mounting of samousas
- 6.Cut each piece of brig into half circles. Place on each semicircle a little ground beef preparation. Fold the brig leaves into triangles to form the samousas. Place the samousas on an oven plate covered with baking paper. Brush them with a brush.

- 8.Bake for 10 minutes. Once golden, get your samousas out of the oven and enjoy immediately with a salad.
