Ingredients

- 2 2 Rectangular Foliage Pasta Gold Tart HERTA®
- 6 tranche 6 slices of smoked salmon
- 80 g 80 g white cheese 40% natural fat
- 200 ml 200 ml flower cream
- 1 gousse 1 clove of garlic
- 1 1 pots of salmon eggs
- 1 1 green lemon
- 1 1 egg yolk
- 1 1 red onions
- 1 1 small bouquets of dill
Method
- 1.To make your smoked salmon leafy fir cream with lime, preheat your oven th.6/7 (200°C).
- 2.Brush a white cheese paste, pepper, add chiseled dill and spread the slices of smoked salmon.
- 3.Place the second dough on top and cut a tree as large as possible.
- 4.Cut the branches of the fir (please leave a central stripe well) and roll them on themselves.
- 5.Brush the laminated dough with a diluted egg yolk in a little water and cook for about 20 minutes. Peel and chop the red onion and garlic very finely.
- 6.Drain the flower cream, gently add the lemon zest, red onion, garlic clove and salmon eggs, serve with the branches of the tree.
