- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 c. à soupe 1 Tbsp Harissa
- 1 1 Lemon juice
- 1 1 point(s) Cumin
- 1 1 pod(s) Ground garlic
- 1 c. à soupe 1 Tbsp. Dipped Coriander

Method
- 1.Put the sardines to marinate in all ingredients for 1 hour.
- 2.Preheat the oven th.7 (200°C).
- 3.Bake the sardines for 5 minutes or grill them in the pan on both sides. Water marinade.
