Ingredients

- 100 g 100 g 40 % fat white cheese
- 100 g 100 g Thick fresh cream
- 1 1 spoon. Soup juices
- 1 1 spoon. Soup oil
- 1 1 spoon. Chiselled chives
- 1 1 spoon. Soup Aneth chiseled
- Salt
- Mill pepper
Method
- 1.Mix white cheese and thick fresh cream, whisk vigorously, 2-3 min, to get a thick, creamy sauce.
- 2.Add lemon juice, olive oil, herbs, salt and pepper. Drain again, 30 seconds, to obtain a homogeneous sauce.
- 3.Cover with a food film, put in a cool place at least 30 min.
