Caramel sauce salted butter

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 100 g 100 g sugar
- 40 g 40 g of sweet butter
- 20 cl 20 cl of whole liquid cream ( 30% MG )
- 0.5 0.5 c. to c. of salt flower
Method
- 1.Pour 3 cl of water and sugar into a saucepan.
- 2.Heat over medium heat until sugar is coloured.
- 3.When the caramel takes a beautiful golden color with a slightly acrid smell, add the butter with the salt flower out of the fire.
- 4.Add the cream.
- 5.Put the pot again on fire.
- 6.Bring to a boil.
- 7.Pour into a jar.
