Curry Sauce

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 4 Four spoons. Soup cream fresh thick
- 2 2 shallots
- 20 g 20 g Butter
- 10 cl 10 cl Dry white wine
- 1 1 spoon. Curry soup powder
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- 1.Peel the shallots and mince them finely.
- 2.Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the shallots for a few minutes until they start to brown a little.
- 3.Deglaze with the white wine. Reduce 3 to 4 min.
- 4.Add the cream, curry, salt and pepper.
- 5.Heat for a few moments and then mix with a giraffe blender for a smooth sauce.
- 6.Serve hot.
