- 150 g 150 g Roquefort
- 30 cl 30 cl Thick fresh cream
- Grated nutmeg
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- 1.Emit the roquefort. Put it in a saucepan and add the thick fresh cream.
- 2.Season with salt, pepper, add nutmeg and mix.
- 3.Cook about 10 min over low heat.
- 4.Serve hot.
