Allergens : Milk, Mustard
Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 4 4 tablespoon(s) of old mustard
- 1 1 bulgarian or velvety yogurt
- 1 1 tablespoon of liquid honey
- 1 1 lime juice
- 1 pincée 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
- mill pepper
Method
- 1.In a bowl, start by pouring yogurt. Gradually add mustard, stirring well to produce a homogeneous mixture. Do not hesitate to adjust the amount of mustard according to your personal taste - some prefer a higher sauce, others sweeter. Season with some salt and pepper.
- 2.Once your sauce is smooth and well mixed, you can enjoy it as it is if you like it cold, or gently warm it over very low heat, stirring constantly to prevent it from breaking. Then pour it into a saucer and offer it as an accompaniment, either with a nice lamb shoulder roasted in the oven, or with a lamb shoulder braised in broth with its spices.
