Ingredients

- 50 cl 50 cl Milk
- 25 g 25 g Butter
- 1 1 spoon. Sour flour
- Grated nutmeg
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- 1.Melt butter in a saucepan. Add the flour and mix.
- 2.Pour the cold milk over and over, mixing with a whip.
- 3.Season with salt, pepper and add nutmeg. Mix.
- 4.Cook about 10 min over low heat, mixing regularly until the bechamel is thick enough.
